• Tracking is emailed the moment your parcel leaves us, and order status is always visible in your account.
• We ship within the United States only for now, including Alaska and Hawaii.
• Everything travels in recyclable paper packing — no plastic void fill.

Animals are fussy and no formula suits every one of them. If your dog or cat turns their nose up, or the product is simply not right, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it or swap it.

• Opened jars are fine — we would rather know it did not work than have you sit on it.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return being received.
• Damaged in transit? Send a photo and we will ship a replacement immediately, with nothing to send back.
